Well a father that I always got along with .him and I got into a big fight and he refused to turn over my daughter, but eventually I got her. the next day I filed for court. I thought we started getting along and was considering canceling the hearing and he serves me with neglect and unsafe living conditions to appear at court unexpectedly. My hearing is Jan. 26th and his is Feb. 2nd. I have been informed by friends he wants out of paying support and thats why he is doing this and to get back at me for filing on him. his accusations were all 1-2 years ago if he was worried why file 1-2 years down the road. Plus some are false. This is my youngest child . My 2 older children s dad died in 2009. So, I really do not want this to go bad because she needs her dad and I dont want to be mean to him. Plus we always got along his emotional state has gotten worse and I just dont know what to do, but I will not risk losing my child.

Dear Havenly Father please help your will to be done in this stuation and if at all possiable help this person child still have her dad involed in her life. IN JESUS NAME I PRAY AMEN.
