My fiance is facing court in two days for child support yes he is behind yes he accepts he owes and had been paying case has been open for 8 years and half of that he was incarcerated a while as he was incarcerated his family helped and supported the mother and their son. Once he was out she moved out of state and he started paying and trying to catch up. He had his son living with him for 2 years while his sons mother lived out of state with her boyfriend. When I met him two years ago he had his son living with him and he completely changed his life around from how he was before. We dated and moved in together his son lived with us. When his ex found out she wanted their son back and we haven't seen him since she refuses to let him see or talk to his son and filed a hearing for child support as we get ready for child support court date we come to find out the years my fiance did have his son she the mother of their child never reported that to child support all along he was paying he was thinking he was paying back pay owed from when he was incarcerated but little did he know it was still accumulated we went to court last month and judge said he needed a lawyer which we can no afford right now we are just going with God by our side and praying the judge will hear him out and take in consideration the school records and proof we have. Father please expose the truth and bless her even if she is trying to cause us hurt and pain we just pray u do what's best for us all

I WILL PRAY THAT THE Lord will make it possible for success of your request in court and that the Lord will find a way to either provide a lawyer for your cause or that the judge will have sympathy for your plea. I will pray that the Lord will change the person's heart to let the son visit his father and possible drop the child support claim or use a mediator instead to benefit both sides.
