Last couple of days anxiety attacks have been stealing my peace. They have been intense and slowing me down. Some family members can be unhelpful too as they can be dismissive and it makes me feel more frightened and isolated. Pray please for breakthrough. I have come away on a short trip for rejuvenation. I need God to intervene with a miracle and heal me and give me peace. Wisdom too as I find it hard to find a balance and I imagine the worse scenarios very clearly. I can sometimes bury my head in the sand because dealing with things can trigger anxiety. Thank you so much for praying
