Advice, prayer, anything?

Icon_sad In my opinion my children have become very disrespectful towards me. They are respectful to inlaws and others and reserve their nasty attitudes for me. My oldest says it is a generational thing.

It seems that my family is falling apart. Since my husband has always been protective of the kids, they always assume if we take a stance against something they say it is coming from me and not him. In our last phone conversation my oldest daughter pretty much called me a liar, saying that I wrote a letter that my husband wrote.

Here is the situation. My youngest daughter is pregnant, and she has been extremely disrespectful. She and her husband yelled at me in the middle of us doing a favor for them. I had no reason to apologize but because I love her I told her I was sorry if I said anything that upset her and that I love her but she said nothing, and has not spoken to me since and has told her sister a story that she embellished to make me look bad and herself look victimized. She needs sympathy 24/7. She never feels good, in short she suffers from depression. I am fighting two medical conditions which can be made worst and very painful by stress. I am also waiting on the results from a mammogram and although I have never worried about them in the past I am this time. My mother was my age when she first was diagnosed so that is probably it but I have been experiencing some odd sensations. I am usually the positive thinker in the family but right now I just feel alone and defeated.

My oldest daughter who complains that her sister is crazy all the time has now decided that I must have done something to make her sister so upset and that they will all be having Christmas at her sisters house this year.

My husband and I moved away for a year on good terms in hopes that it would force my youngest daughter to grow up. I had to give her rides to work everyday, to doctor appointments, and anywhere else she went even though she knew how to drive. I was starting to feel like a full time taxi and needed a bit of rest. But hated being away from the kids and grandchildren especially at Christmas and therefore moved back here so I could continue the family tradition of making each Christmas special as I have done since they were born. My youngest daughter and I were always very close because I was the one who was there for her when she did not feel good 24/7, I was the one that was there to take her and her son to each of there doctors appointments, I was the one that held her and give her a place to live when her husband disappeared for months and weeks at a time before and after they married. I literally had to coax him into coming to the hospital to see his son born. He made it just in time to cut the cord. You would think I would get a little respect but with this baby I am not even invited to be in the room when they find out the sex as I have done with each of my other grandchildren. Nor does my daughter want to talk to me.

If I do have cancer I don't believe I would even want to tell any of them but my husband has made it clear he would not uphold my wishes, so this means I could not tell him either and would have to face it alone.

Any advice?

RE: Advice, prayer, anything?

Without knowing you or any of your family personally, I cannot offer advice. These are questions for which you should look within and to god for advice. I will however offer a prayer on your behalf.

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that You will answer this woman's prayers and that you will help her to find the answers that she seeks to improve these situations. May Your Divine light, love, strength, courage, wisdom and guidance shine down upon her and her family and draw them closer together again. Let them learn to better understand each other and grow better as individuals and family. In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Amen.

RE: Advice, prayer, anything?

Dear Lord, please have mercy on this family.
In the Name of the Lord, right now I command to all the power of darkness and the curses to leave this family! Now!
I pray that Your will to be done in their lives.
Please open the gates of financial blessings in our lives.
You are the King of kings and Your Name is Wonderful.
Thank You my Lord

Warrior Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For them the second death holds no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him a thousand years.
