Dear Jesus,
Be with Sluggo and his brother who have the heart and desire to do your will and the burden in their hearts to help others come to the knowledge of you Jesus Christ. Greater are you that is in them , then he that is in the world and we know you will give them the courage and strength to fulfill your plan for their life.
Dear Jesus,
I come to you this morning and ask that not only on 9-11 , but on every day, may we all remember all the innocent that died by the hands of violence. Lord, this weekend, I read for the first time, the book of Habakukk, how he cried to you about violence and at the end of the book, how you said you will make his feet like deers feet. I ask that you make our feet like deers feet. God you see all that is going on in this world and you are not a God that is silent. You have heard our cries and we know Lord, you give all of us the strength, the healing, the courage to continue to fight the good fight of faith, until we are no longer in a world of violence . Help us all to remember all the innocent lives that have been taken from this world and rejoice in the fact, that their suffering is over . We do know the ending Lord, for it is written in your word, so help us all not to lose heart, but know you are a God that is faithful, from beginning to end Lord, you will perfect all that concerns all of us. We thank you for that Lord Jesus and Praise your Name, Lord, knowing you Lord, also died at the hands of violence and if anyone can understand our heartaches, it is you Lord Jesus. Thank You God, that you willingly gave you Son to all of us, to die such a horrific death, and the promise and hope you gave us all, to remember that death is not the ending. We praise you Father God, that through your Sons sacrifice, that we do know the ending, that there is hope beyond death, life everlasting. Comfort all hearts with the knowledge of your spiirt and word, Lord and let their hearts and spirits be as free as a deer jumping through the meadows.
In your precious name, I pray Lord Jesus.
