I was left penniless,credit ruined and I married a man under his alias,Taylor. He lied to me and controlled me. I am experiencing him being a pathological liar and him having a negative impact on my children by manipulating them through money and my inability to provide for them. He has moved in a woman he met at a strip club and with her own son of 5. My daughter of age 12 is left to babysit while they go out. They moved without my knowledge where my child resides. My mediation is on Dec 15th and 60 day status hearing on Jan 4th 2011 . I need strong prayer because he is a criminal and clever at covering his criminal activity,forging documents and claiming harassment. He is trying to make me look like a crazy person when he continues to keep me uninformed about my child. I want him to provide finances he promised for the education of his step daughter in college and clear the credit he destroyed. Instead he flaunts his money and buys my daughter gifts to win her love. Im helpless in this game he is playing and its taking a toll on my life and my children. I want his manipulation to end, him to provide finances, and for me to get my child back that I raised and sacrificed because he wouldnt help me otherwise. He filed for divorce thinking I couldnt contest but was able to get a loan from my new boyfriend that has given me also a place to live or would otherwise be homeless,because he also left the home in foreclosure and I was forced to move out when the home sold. Need help with fiannces and custody. I also want my mediation to reach a amicable decision so that I dont have to fork over anymore money that I cant afford.

I am currently going through a battle for my son also. And my kids were taken from me because of my past with my ex husband. my ex abuse me for years mentally and emotionally and physically. I lost custody coz i didn't had good attorneys and i had legal aid and they made me submit to stuff i didn't do. Now my second relationship and he found out of my past and the same attorney that represent my first husband is representing this guy also. So, my two year old was taken from me. But my second ex used to hit me. Hit me when i was pregnant, after i give birth he continue to hit me. I then report him to ACS and the police. but because of my past my first son was taken from me. I didnt had a chance. I am going through a custody battle. During All of this i was going to school fulltime and work. it was so hard. I was able to graduate as an Accountant and now i just got an offer with a big four CPA Firm. Lord I need you. Bless me and Bring my children back to me. My first husband is hooked on Cocaine. and my second Child father is abusive to women. Return my children Lord Jesus.

I'm in a custody battle of my son. His father is trying to gain full custody, as we now have 50/50. I am a single mother, I have no other children and all I want is to provide my son with a stable, loving God fearing Christian home. My son doesn't even know who he himself really is. He is called one name one week, and another name while he is with dad. my son cries to stay with me. please help me pray that God will grant us full custody. I'm praying for protection of my mothers rights and my sons best interest...... He belongs at home with me, please help me pray.

I mary a woman from armenia and she came to usa we had a son after she got her green card on his 3rd birthday she acuse me falsely with domastic viloance and put me in jall so to get upder hand in court she did win and I lost , I had some vistation and then she play her dirty trick again with woman shelter helping her with and acuse me that child act out because his father and I lost my visit , later I had monitor visits and that was my favor and domastic vilonce case was dismissed , when he is with me I take him sunday school and he keep asking to be with me and his brother and she is trying to move him out the country and with help of state department I am delying getting passport . We are going court 1/29/13 try to stop her and gain his custody he lives 1/2 room in shelter while he has his own room and he keep saying to everyone he wants his dad and he is now 6 years old , I am 62 and semi retired do not have the money to fight her attoreny and my son has asthma and she does not even give him his medication we need pray he needs his dad and brother and to stay in USA we need pray that the judge will see the fact and his best intrest and his desires his name is sarkis and mine is sam

Dear Lord the matter of the family is under your care concern and all knowing of what is best please bless each person with peace as you guide the hearts of those who must judge in delicate and difficult matters. Hello, My name is Stephen, and my wife has used the courts and the law to state that I have been sexually abusing my daughter in order to get custody of our two young children, James and Sophie, during our divorce. I was always the primary caregiver and she had always been jealous of this arrangement. Please pray that the judge sees through this charade and chooses to send my little ones back to me, as well as chooses the proper response for lying to the courts in order to get custody. And pelase post a prayer that I may say at this time, since we are presently at trial for custody.

I am saddened that the law that is supposed to protect citizens is used to cause us so much pain. I too am having to fight for custody of my children who were given due to an error in mediation paperwork to my ex. He is not mature enough to do what is best for the young children by allowing their mother to finish raising them. He is at work, but his goal is to take over everything and invalidate me in whatever way possible. It is not good for the children to be raised by a vengeful parent. I wish the best for all of you who are suffering as I am and hope that the court system learns to identify spiteful parents who do not really want the child's best interest, but just enjoy torturing the other parent because that person was abusive during the relationship anyway and is just using the law to continue the abuse. The law needs to be aware of narcissists and sociopaths who appear as good citizens, but are truly sick in the head.
