Im here again to ask you to pray for my friend Scott, I feel like everyday I am losing his friendship. We were so close, talked everyday, went to church together, got excited for Gods plan.... we messed up a time or two, but remained close. I recently moved closer to him and within the week or so that I moved it seemed he became distant... When I finally got to talk to him, he was mean, drunk, and told me that God hated him and he didnt even know if he wanted to go to church... He was nothing like the friend that I knew, and it hurt really really bad... I felt so much like nothing to him... everything was about how negative his life was going... which hurt because I am his friend and he just seems to have pushed me away. I continued to just listen and talk to him and stayed firm in my faith while on the phone with him but I just dont even know what to think... Ive left him be, and I have just continued to leave it all up to God and in His hands, but it hurts here and there. I love Jesus and I know that this silence is obviously something that only God and Scott can work out, but as his friend and someone who cares tremendously for him, I am concerned. I miss him a lot... I am trusting God, but Im a bit lost I guess... luckily He fills me with His peace to get throughout the day, but there still is that aching of the unknown and standstill that has come. So please lift Scott up because that seems to be the only thing that can be done. Please pray for direction, peace, and love for me as I go through this new journey in life... I just moved to a new town and the only friend I thought I had, isnt talking to me.... Please keep me in your prayers.
