i am working in a non christian college as a lecturer. every year we have our salary revised. my colleagues by their self centered, egoistic nature get high increment in their salary while i cannot do as them because i am the son of God. i never demand great hike in my salary. i do not show off that i am working very hard for the college. i do my work sincerely and dilligently in a Christlike manner which is greatly appreciated by my colleagues. they regard me highly as a true christian. however when salary increment occurs i get less increment than them. please pray for me that this time God would work in the minds of the management people and they would increase my salary substantially so that i can be financially sound and be able to sustain my family properly.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for being so kind to me. I love you and I sincerely appreciate the blessings that you shower upon us. I come to you with an injustice and unacceptable behavior toward a fellow Christian.
I believe that you can do anything and I believe that free will will not stop you from changing something if it is according to your perfect will. Almighty Father I ask you to make this salary increase. Please do whatever is necessary to get this through to the appropriate folks in this organization. Make this fair and just now. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus, please help this child of Yours. Let him get the raise the he deserves. Lord, I ask that You keep him strong. Lord, thank You for putting him were he will be a light to the people around him. Lord, please give comfort to him. In this I ask in Your loving name,Jesus.Amen.
