Pray please for my mother who hates being old.
She has aches and pains in her back etc. She also suffers from depression. She does believe. Pray that she will feel revived and somehow find a new purpose however simple and that this depression will lift and she will know joy again. Thank you

Lord how many of us elderly are suffering from depression, and aches and pain, but the only way to combat it is through your word, getting some Christian songs on CD's singing along with them after we learn the lyrics, and prayer. Always being thankful to you for all the blessings, and protection you have given us, plus the good health throughout our life. There is so much to be thankful for Lord, even for those in our lives who love us. Let us have some fellowships with other true believers, and just be grateful that we are still alive. Lord help this woman be so grateful to you once she start thinking back of all the blessings you have sent her throughput her life, and help her get out of that depression. Also help her to deal with all her pains and aches like so many of us do every single day in our old age. Let her see it can be worse, like me with my first born being terminally ill and no cure for what she has. Yet I thank you God for giving me the strength to see me through it all, and your peace that surpasses all understanding, even with midst of my daughter sickness, and me not physically well in my old age. There are so many of us hurting so much, yet you give us a reason for living and thanking you each day. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ amen.
