Friday evening

Some of us at work have decided to visit a colleague at her place on Friday evening. I thank for her invitation to visit her! I ask Jesus to bless our time together. I ask Him to bless all the people with whom I interact at work. I thank for all of them. I like this work-place. However, there are many people here who either do not know Jesus or do not believe in Him as their Savior.

RE: Friday evening

Lord, I ask that you would help this guest share your word with these people and enable them to come to you and trust in you as their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen

RE: Friday evening

Lord have your light shine through this person toward the rest of the people attending this invitation, so they'll know you live in him/her. May this person not fall into any temptations at any time. There is always a time and place to share your word, I'm sure you will let this person know when the right place or time is. I know there are many ways to bring others to you Lord, but we know the work place is not the place to do so. As long as they behave as a child of yours that can be enough for now. I have done so in the past, and without me saying anything, my co-workers knew there was something different about me. When they ask me what is about you, you act so different and always have a smile on your face, like you never have a worry in your life. That's when I would just tell them, that's because I have given my life to Jesus. If they asked me for more, I will share more, but I never shovel the gospel down people's throat, for I know that's a good way of losing your job or friendship. It's best to allow God to open the opportunities for you and let him do the work in them. All we can do is pray for their salvation. They always knew who to come to ask for prayers when they needed prayers. So Lord direct this person as you have directed me, to do your will in situations like this. I pray in Jesus name amen.
