Back problems - need to lose weight

Some time aback, I've gain a great deal of weight and this is the most I have weighed. I have tried everything to lose weight and it did not work. Now I am experiencing back problems and I need to lose the weight to cope with it. Please help me to control my huge appetite. Thanks and God bless.
