Please pray for the strength of my marraige, for the anger and hurt to be forgiven and for the return of the love, respect, trust, happiness and understanding and for the actions that cause these hurts and anger to stop.

I have it on my heart to tell you to both HEAR what each other has to say and for you both to be SILENT while the other talks - SILENT - you both really have to HEAR (active) each other not just listen (PASSIVE) and ACT on it irrespective of your own personal feelings.
