Hello - in Australia we had an election for the Federal Government 2 weeks ago. There is a hung Parliament and 4 independents (Ie not aligned to a political party) are in the middle, and lots of deal making os happening to determine who will govern the nation.

I pray Lord for wisdom in this process, that You are in the midst of this situation, that the Government of this great country is Godly, and that Your will be done in this decision and in the negotiations that are occurring.

Lord, may this nation be a lighthouse for you - compassionate, showing mercy to the disadvantaged, supporting and upholding the Family and Christian values, supporting those who are struggling with drought especially in rural areas, and supporting families as family violence, mental illness AOD takes hold.

I pray that this time is of renewal for families and individuals who decide to choose You- to choose life and peace.
