today is my bday and i feel more depress then ever before. I need a job I need happiness somewhere in my life. No one in my family even said happy birthday! I wonder y im alive sometimes

There are so many reasons to be alive I could not list them all. Think on this: if you do not have pain in your neck, back and hips..... if you can eat food without pain.... if you can sleep at night, I would trade you in a heartbeat. You can volunteer helping old people or (like I do) at the local animal shelter helping dogs and cats. This can be a wonderful world, go and find it.
