I am a struggling christian. Recently married for first @ age 35- Never saw purpose in marriage until got saved- and really believe that is God's way. Since married we have not gone to church- I have ptsd- anxiety and severe depression for yrs- could not work- Jesus healed me!! Now working married living life normally- but struggling- w/ new life style- sinning- and realize that I can really get lost again. My husband was saved but neer a real surrender- has been hurt by people at church- he thinks they only care for him if he goes to church or works for them. His mom died shortly after salvation and suffered greatly at end (lung cancer) I just need strength for my wordays (10) hrs a day and my home life stresses- we have 2 teens one mine (boy 18 yrs- his daughter 16 and my 9 yr old boy- I see a great favoritism towards his daughter- i just pray about it- my son is graduating this yr- in high school- has a job on weekends ang after school and going to trade school as well- his daughter- only will talk on phone and and pout is has to stay home- she has been manipulating us and her mother- on birth control- and not trying to get a job- complains about doing dishes etc- and my husband is always calling my son lazy etc- then i say something negative abt his girl- I know i am wrong! it seems like everything my husband hates in others is exactly what he is doing- he has been laid off for a few mos. now- and just sits around eating and blows money at the casino's etc and tells me i spend too much of paycheck (on bills and food) I am sorry to complain I am grate ful for all I have and give God/ Jesus all the credit- we are just really stressed out- people are getting fired where i work every day and it is scary- please pray for me and my new family-

Sorry about all your problems. Marrying into an extended family is always difficult, it sounds like the adjustment is not going well. If your huband has been out of work for three months, he is probably suffering a lot of stress from that too. I might suggest some kind of family counseling, since there is so much resentment now it could just tear your marriage apart if it goes unchecked.

lord! take care of this person & their new family...fulfill all this person desires...let your will be done in this person life...guide this person today & always..give peace to this person & family....in precious name of JESUS i pray amen..

Father, Isaiah 25:4,5-says- For You have been a strength to the poor,
A strength to the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, A shade from the heat; For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. You will reduce the noise of aliens, As heat in a dry place; As heat in the shadow of a cloud, The song of the terrible ones will be diminished.
Lord this sisters family is facing this problem Lord send Your Mighty angels and protect her family and their salvation and trusts which she has on You. Lord rebuke that devil which is causing all commotion and unpleasant situation at home and surround their home with a wall of fire. Lord change heart of her husband and make them to reconcile in all areas of life where they have differences of opinion. Lord bind them with cords of love in their entire family. Let Your name be glorified Lord, make her to say look what the Lord has done in my family, wipe away all fears and uncertainity and give them joy and peace which comes only from You. Thank You Lord when enemy comes against like a flood Your Holy Spirit will raise up a standard-Isa 59:19. In Jesus name i submit this family at Your feet. Amen.
