My son has gotten a 16 year old girl pregnant. Her parents are kicking her out. He is not in love with her and said he made a mistake. He wants to be involved with the child and is a good young man. She is not a christian and he is backslidden. She wants to stay in school and it is not known if whe wants to keep the baby. Pray for guidance and Gods help in this situation.

Loving Father, please guide all involved to act in the best interests of this new life you have created. In the name of Jesus, according to your will, amen.

Dear guest, its very sad and agonising to hear what has happend, but would like to know how can you say he is a good man, when he has ruined a girls life, i dont think this is right, my request is please think of that girl, whoever she is Godly or unGodly girl, sinner or saint the humiliation and sin that has fallen on her, remember my dear guest sin will always bring curse, and no one can escape it, what a man sows he will reap it-Gal6:7,8. Although Jesus shed his blood on the cross for our sins, when we repent and leave it then God is faithful to deliver us. But at this time i can only tell you, as a parent its your duty to correct your child, in 1samuel chapter 3- Eli did not correct his corrupt sons who committed adultery and it was abominable in the eyes of the Lord. Correct him advice him lovingly, Talk to him about Jesus and His love on the cross and His forgiveness of sin. If possible speak to that girl also. Scripture to show what says about the following-Those who refuse to warn of sin (Ezek. 3:18-21). With regard to the child to abort it or to bring forth, God sees foetus like this the day it is formed ps 139:13-16, whether your son and that girl believe in the Lord Jesus or not this what the bible says- Those who cause the unborn to die (Exodus 21:22-23) Those who refuse to warn of sin (Ezek. 3:18-21), Women who keep not their virginity until they are married (Deut. 22:13-21) Adulterers (Deut. 22:22-29).
The reason am saying, as a servant of Most High God if i pray for such acts to please men then i invite sin and curse for not warning or advicing you-Ezek.3:18-21, Gal 6:1-7. Servants of the Lord Jesus Christ should not be men pleasers, but preach the word of God to exhort, edify and correct and bring blessing to people. Why do we pray, not just to please men or men to see that here we are so holy and prayerful but to get results from God in the name of Jesus, when our prayer is not in line with the word of God how can God hear us, its futile to pray round the clock. Please i love you all as my dear sister and brother, please ask forgiveness from God and ask for His guidence. All might look fine now but a curse will follow for those who disobey. May the good Lord give you grace and mercy. Proverbs 29:17,18 says Correct your son, and he will give you rest; yes, he will give delight to your heart.
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

One of the letters here is very condemning, it takes two for someone to get pregnant and God uses all things for good for those who love the Lord according to His purpose, He is a forgiving God, and yes you can correct(speak to) your son, and pray for him, girlfriend and unborn child, but you cant change what has happened. It is ultimately his walk with the Lord, just keep praying for the situation and know that God does not condemn, I have no doubt that your son is a good man, and so does God, we are all sinners, and let those without sin cast the first stone. It is just another trial that your family has to go through in which God will teach your, son and family through. Keep on praying and remember we walk be faith not by sight. god willing your son and the girlfriend will have a beautiful healthy child, whether or not they keep it or give it up, what ever choice they make God will use, and HE will never stop loving them, some things are harder than others, but remember in all of this keep your faith, and love them as the lord loves us, Im sorry that I cant quote scripture as well as others, Im sure other people on hear could find them if you need them, but I know My God and have been through plenty, and He never leaves us or forsakes us, he is a forgiving God he corrects and teaches not condemns, condemnation is from satan. My dear friend I APOLOGIZE if my reply has offended you, and am not debating on this topic but at the same time the bible says we have to rebuke and teach the man who is going away from the word, although every one has a free will but its the duty of the elders and seniors or parents to correct him when he goes a stray. I you see this line in the prayer request that "Her parents are kicking her out. He is not in love with her and said he made a mistake". How would you deal with this? I don’t think this is right. Paul says, Those who are sinning rebuke in the presence of all that the rest also may fear. When you rebuke or correct our children we are only bringing him in to the right path as said in proverbs says-Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. I agree that there is no condemnation for those who are in CHRIST JESUS, BUT those who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. The same Paul says all scriptures are given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine for reproof for correction for instruction in righteousness. When you have a warning sign board on the high way and say certain rules to follow and violating rules will put one in jeopardy, do you think my friend it’s a condemnation?. I don’t think so. If a man willfully jumps from 30feet height and says nothing will happen as the Ps 91 says He shall give His angels to charge over you to keep you in all your ways, he is bound to break his bones and might be fatal also. In like manner I HUMBLY feel that when we rebuke someone and correct someone as said in bible we are only making them to realize their mistakes and tear the veil that satan has put in their mind that all things are fine as the Lord is merciful, I think this is the deception of satan. Prov 28:13 says- He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Otherwise Paul would not have said these in the Holy scriptures, servant of God are responsible for correcting. I feel what is said in scriptures is right when we correct as said in Ecclesiastes 7:5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools. Those who have read my reply also should know that I have advised his parents to speak to him and that girl if possible about the love and forgiveness of Jesus. 2Timothy 4:2says Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. Titus 2:5 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

thank you, I was not offended at all. The Bible is true and there for us to live by. I just know that even though we make mistakes God still uses them to teach us, and by no means does this mistake make him not a good man, but one who needs correction. If I am correct the girl is not saved and the young man is backslidden. I pray that God uses this situation to bring the young girl to the Lord and draw the boy back to the Lord with a deeper commitment to Him. I also think that its the parents, elders, and pastor to correct him, and teach him, but whats done is done, now you start from here. The girls unsaved family wants to kick her out, hopefully all of this is the initially reaction, but I will be praying for all of them. Im sorry if I came off mean, scripture is true. I just know that when things are the worst, thats when God shows His glory and grace, and a beautiful baby will be born and that life is not over by no means

I thought this was a site for prayer requests not a discussion and advice coloum. If you knew the background and story of this couple than you would not be so judgemental and condemming. I wrote the request and I am appalled by this behaviour. This young man was a refugee in the sudan. He was a 14 year old boy when he came to us. He wandered in the dessert for years with no parents. He does not know where his parents are and was wandering since the age of 6. He has struggled with his painful memories and was tortured. How dare you sit in your all mighty positions and give advise as if you were perfect. There is much more but I will not waste your time. You have cast the first stone and I am discusted by your behaviours.
