Father, the vows of marriage are sacred to you, so sacred that you performed the first marriage yourself in the garden of Eden. But forgiveness is also sacred in that you gave your Son to take all of the sins of the world upon Himself that all who are ever born might be forgiven. And because of that great gift we are. But there are consequences for our actions in that salvation is free, but it is not cheap. Father comfort this woman Pia, and bring healing to her tortured heart. Let her see herself as you do...through the blood of the Lamb...cleansed and whole. Strengthen this man that he might know his role as the leader of a woman. If he is to share himself physically with a woman, help him to understand that he must be prepared to marry her, provide for her, protect her and lead her spiritually FIRST. To take another man's wife is forbidden...and will always end in hurt and shame.
