I went to a metting from my work, and there was a lot of people from anothers companyes, and I wrotte some of ladies "contact information", than, I have been feeding some bad thoughts, and yesterday afternoon, and after the service(sunday) , and today (monday), I sinned with masturbation. I'm single, and I want to live a holy life, but I felt, please pray for me to overcome this situation. Thank you very much.
