Heavenly Father help this couple to get back on their own two feet, and make this baby healthy. Teach his parents to be more responsible and not have anymore children until they can afford them. Help them to straighten out their lives so they won't get into situations like this anymore. They need to be a good example to their children Lord, so help them turn around their behavior and make you Lord of their lives.
