URGENT: My grandson was accused of a serious crime he did not commit. He took a plea of no contest because in our county he would have only a 30% chance of winning in court. He got deferred adjudication and 5 years probation. My grandson has just been told that he can't live with us, has to move by this weekend, and he has no place to go. If he leaves our house, he can never come back. Our city said he is grandfathered in here, said he is low risk of any reoffense, and does not have to move. Probation says otherwise. The problem is we live less than a 1000 feet from a church. He is not allowed to live near even this tiny church that only has services on Sunday. A church is forbidden. Being near a church is now a violation of probation.

He does not own a car or have a driver's license. He just signed up with a temp agency and can get work there but we have to take him. They also got the judge to reverse her decision that he could continue to see his counselor (who knows he is innocent) and now he has to go see theirs and make up admissions to a crime he never committed or they will say he is in violation of probation and will put him in prison...again for a crime he never committed.
