Father, help TS to look closely at her way of interacting on the job. Let her be honest with herself and with you and let her put anything at your feet for you to work with her on that may get in the way of good performance. It is unusual that she was treated poorly by a supervisor on her first day on the job without provocation...particularly coming off of a suspension from another position. Father, touch the supervisor and if there be any unfairness in her heart toward this or any employee break this spirit within her. Leaders lead by serving...help this supervisor to understand this. Protect TS from all hurt, harm and danger and give her the capacity to work well while her husband finishes his studies. Grow her up in Christ Father and bless her and her family richly.
