Father, please be in the midst of this conversation this evening. Let MP71 listen attentively...not just to what is said but to how it is said. Let her hear with spiritual ears..and not speak against divorce...the more she presses for him to change his mind the more likely he will lock into his position. Rather focus upon spiritual things. If a man is not in tune with his God all decisions and all actions will be made in error. While he speaks, let her pray silently for healing for cleansing of anger, for healing of wounded pride and injured ego. Father help her not to engage in replaying who did what in the past, but rather to focus on this man's need for wholeness in her mind. Sometimes the best weapon in a battle of spirit is not only prayer...but prayer combined with silence. Father lead and guide and soften this husband's heart. In Jesus name...Amen!
