Father...touch this man Rick with your healing touch. Help him to identify and own the issues that underlie his anger and his attacks on others. Bring him to the point that he recognizes his need for a savior if he is not saved and help him to invite Jesus into his heart. If he already knows you...open his eyes to his current behavior and have him re-dedicate his life to being a walking testimony to your kindness and goodness. The word teaches (I praphrase)...how can we love a God we cannot see if we do not love a brother that we can? Father please make this concept real to Rick and show him how to apply it in his work life. Make him a better boss, a better leader, a more compassionate human being and a better man.
