promising; may have follow up they said, decision in 2 weeks; knew one of the interviewers - he was my first boss 30 yrs ago; CEO interviewed me + HR guy

That sounds really good. Two weeks. That’s a killer to wait. Lol

well, they said they were going to send that when i spoke with them today, so its not a big surprise, they will check references etc.. and then compare with other candidates I guess, and maybe make an offer if they decide its a good fit.

Second interview so you can meet others on team is what sounds good.
