I quit all caffeine a week ago, and went through the worst part of the withdrawal, but this evening I was very tired, and I drank some coffee. It was a very important decision--please pray that God will give me greater inner strength to refuse caffeine. Pray that God will help me to sleep very deeply tonight, and every night. Pray that I'll be energetic, awake and sharp and joyful during the day. Pray that God will heal me of the withdrawal symptoms Thanks for your prayers.
