My husband & I both have anger issues. Its really hurting our marriage,
Kids, our health, & lives. I need help controlling my emotions but especially my anger.
I often yell when I get frustrated or hurt or feel like no one is
listening to me. I am aware of it but just dont know how
to control myself. Please pray that GOD takes this away from me
& replaces it with something positive. I am lost & dont know
what else to do & its physically making me sick!
