Infidelity and anxiety

I have had problems dealing with fear. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and I have been having issues with infidelity. When it comes to movies, books, music, and tv shows, including the Bible, I am fearful of watching or reading anything for fear that I will be "introduced" to something that may trigger an upsetting thought about infidelity. The issue is that of extreme infidelity committed by wives. It seems strange to a lot of people, but they don't have OCD. Anyways, I have had issues with anxiety and fear all of my life I have noticed and I am not sure how to apply God's Word when it comes to this particular area. Writing has helped me and maybe that is an answer to prayer and a way of coping with the anxiety and fear. There are times however when writing doesn't seem to be the answer. I have no idea what to do. I feel like the fear and anxiety are in control and I would like to be able to watch movies and tv show, read books, and listen to music that is pleasing to God and to be able to make choices without concerning myself with these obsessive thoughts. It has been going on for a while now and it has been frustrating to say the least and I want to overcome it. I have resigned myself to the realization that I will always have these thoughts, but I wish I could be free from them. Please pray for me.
