Please pray for my daughter trying out for cheerleader in our hometown. This is a great honor where we come from as our town is school spirited like no other. She will be a role model to the younger generation and people of the town. The competion is fierce and all of her best friends are trying out as well. She is very nervous because I was an ex cheerleader/homecoming queen myself. I told her not to worry about that, but to do the best she could with God on her side. She is a sweet and beautiful Christian girl, and I think she would be a great cheerleader, but I think you cannot do it alone. I want you to pray that God will walk beside her in this tryout, and that she can express her own talents that God has given her, and that she will indeed make the squad! I think she needs this for her own self confidence too. Her tryouts are in 30 minutes, so I hope this finds you soon. It is never too late to seek the power of prayer.
