Prayers for weight loss

Praise God for my wonderful, healthy family! However I would like to request prayer to bind Satan from my hourly struggle to mindlessly eat. I would like God to help me be aware of what I eat and for me to no longer struggle with my weight. I want to desire only healthy food. I would like to be my ideal weight for my health. Thank you, Prayer Warriors. Amen
