help me please

Hi there my name is Amanda and I am saved by the grace of God and so greatful.I am coming to plead for help.I am so overweight and feel so unhealthy I beg for your prayers because this is just something I can not conquer.Please pray I get to a healthy weight.I weigh about 340 and I am scared.Please pray i need help.the prayers of a righteous man avail much.
