Father I want to beg Your forgiveness for my sins againt You and my wife. Father I ask forgiveness for every time I was thinking sinfull things about other women. I ask forgiveness for every time I did not love my wife the way You wanted me too. I ask forgiveness that I spent my time with my own things and not on my marriage. I ask forgiveness for every time I broke my wife's heart with unfaithfullness. I ask forgiveness Father for my adultry. Father but most of all I ask forgiveness to You. Father You did not teach me to live life in the flesh and treat my wife the way I did. My wife was a gift from You which I did not respect and loved like You told me to.
