Anxiety and feelings of breathlessness

I have had anxiety recently and now I get this feeling of breathlessness at times. It can really scare me and when it scares me I get worse. I am worrying now in case it is a physical problem. This started a few days ago. .Pray please God will take it away, in Jesus Christ. Thank you
