Here and there I get upset stomach, acid bloating. It can really get me down and it effects my whole mood. I am sensitive and I wonder if I am stressed and triggered by something if that brings it on as my stomach goes into a knot. Also I need more self discipline with my eating habits.

Please pray I will be protected against triggers that make me stressed.

And I will find the strength to make better choices with my health..
Please pray it will be well quickly as planning a short trip away tomorrow
