Dear Guest,
i do not know you and not trying to tell you what to do but when i am down I try to call my mom or a family member to talk and I also pray and go outside to a walk. I also enjoy watching a sermon online or listening to good uplifting music. I pray for your heart and soul to be at peace right now. i pray that God will uplift you and be beside you in your time of need.

i also ask for prayers as i am lonely and feeling down as well
