Lord I pray you will let this couple see that whatever they do it won't come out right unless they both allow you to guide them. For any ministry they do for the church should be done as if to you, and no politics or self interest should come to play in this ministry. So please let them always remember that so the Holy Spirit can lead them both. May their cornerstone be you and nothing else. Strengthen them, their marriage, and their commitment toward you.
