Amen..if we have no power or reason to cast out devils and demons then our call is worthless..we are to cast out devils,pray for healing by laying on of hands and to let the world know that the lord Yeshua is the Son of God and our salvation..legalism aside,these are the our tasks.If us Christians were to all to give in to the enemy by refusing to actively stand against him in prayer,in rebuke and in the belief that casting away demons is null ,the world would be in much worse shape than it is now and ,trust me,the lord would have no choice but to come to collect his people ,as all hell would let loose over the earth wiih absolutely nothing representing goodness in any fashion or form...What this author teaches is dangerous and imo very anti scripture and deception.
