Dear friend I understand your problem. I have this in both ears and have had for MANY years. Ask Jesus to help you not to hear it. I have many other afflictions also but yet God keeps me alive. I pray that God will help you in Jesus name. Amen

Do not give up. Nothing can separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. I can only assume you are a born again believer. If not give yourself to Him 100% to be saved then ask Him to fill you with the Holy Spirit.
