I just got lazy and incompetent in my job prefromance. And after noticing my wrongs I just got even more disappointed In myself, I thought I was doing ok. I am my own problem. I started to miss clocking in and out. I am sure I am going to get written up for that and other things. I thought I could just get a job else where so I put resume out and I got checked by my boss telling me, "she needs to talk to me about a few things". Reality hit . God please, I don't want to leave or be let go like this. I want to do as you said . Be a great employee, I know I can do better. Thank u. Please God
