I have been working with this company for the last 10 years. Since then I have been posted to different projects and even increased the grades. People who joined after me without much work experience and work knowledge are being paid more than me. When I ask for the raise they just do not entertain. I'm so much depressed, and I take lot of trouble to come to the office on time. But they do not appreciate nor increase the salary.
Since last ten years the things are become so expensive and the salary is not sufficient to meet the ends. I request your prayers to Almighty to open the doors for me and get recognition for my work and increase the salary.
