My Dear Lord, I come to you with thanks and praise for everything you have done throughout my life, in keeping me safe, having a loving family and all the wonderful things you have bestowed upon me..I am coming today to ask that you will return me to good health, and touch me so that I do not worry and have anxiety about this. I also ask that you show me the things you want me to concentrate on for making this happen, and ask you to make me a blessing to others, so that you will be glorified . I give you all the praise and honor for this, in Jesus name Amen
