Therefore honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19 - 20 We need to care for our bodies the best we can, showing respect and appreciation to God, our creator. Father Jesus, I pray that You touch Your child with Your wisdom, discipline, understanding, knowledge, peace, joy, love and healing. I pray that You touch Your child with strength and power so that his/her workout is healthy and full of energy. Please guide Your child in this routine and may Your will be done, in Jesus Holy name, I pray, amen.
