Lord I agree with the prayers already posted here for Sheila and her family. Provide for all of their needs and bring her the financial help she needs to pay her rent. Bless her business so the can make a good living and be out of debt. May she learn to manage her money so she won't be in this situation ever again. Now Lord bring a healing to he body, spirit, mind, and soul. May she be able to force herself even if it's painful in the beginning to do a little walking and everyday, as she feels stronger add more time to her walking, or ride a bike for a few minutes each day. As she does this, to eliminate all sugar even the synthetic substitutes, salt, and starches from her diet, and cut her food portions in half. Also to eliminate all carbonated drinks from her diet, these don't allow our body to rid of fat. May she avoid all kind of fried foods this is deadly food specially to those with heart problems, and the fast foods, fresh foods are healthier for us. I know this will help her lose some of the weight she needs to lose, and as she gets thinner she will feel better and stronger. and her stress will also ease off. Give her the will power and strength she needs to do this Lord. I know that with your help she can do it and help her stick to it. May all these be done to Glorify You Heavenly Father, I ask and thank you in Jesus Precious Name, Amen!
