My heart and prayers go out to you. I am sitting here with pains in my gut from worrying about my daughter, too. She is 21 and was sick for a yr plus. As she started to get better she got involved with a 24 yr old who is an addict. He has also been in jail for a burglery charge. I finally got her situated in a nice apartment and now he's moved in. She told him to get out last week but took him back the day before Christmas. He has been, supposedly, clean since August except my husband thinks he still smokes pot. I pray for her 24 hours a day. I recently got back into God's Word and it has been very helpful to me. I pray Ephesians (the Armor of God) for her and us often. My husband is at the breaking point and doesn't want this guy in our home. I almost lost my daughter when she was sick. God healed her and now I feel like I'm losing her again. I don't want to go against my husband's wishes but I also don't want to lose my daughter. I keep feeling that I need to stay strong in prayer and as a 'presence' to her. I want my husband to understand that it is better to keep her close so that she will see she doesn't need a guy like this! He loves her so very much but is so frustrated. I will keep your family in my prayers. I know what you are going through.
