I have a workplace conflict. It was bad before but now I've just unintentionally made it extremely worse. The 1st, I made my manager extremely upset with something I did to him. He is a very angry man. The 2nd, I betrayed a very good friend. I got caught up in the moment and acted stupidly. I've hurt 2 people. I will get my chance to explain but I fear that my friend's job is in jeapardy and now I believe my job will be too. I am terrified, an emotional wreck and cannot forgive myself. Please pray for all of us so that we may solve this conflict and be able to work in a peaceful environment again. Please pray for me so that I can get through this time of need. Thank you!
