Father, be with Martha as this life saving surgery is performed. See her through this procedure and let her awake grateful for life. Father be with her during recovery and help her as doctors plan for her physical therapy thereafter. Restore to her some form of mobility as time moves on that she may overcome her handicap and find meaning and joy in her life.
