Please pray for me. Lately my self control is weaker- I am eating too much and late at night etc. Also over doing it with the wine- though I do not get drunk - I know I am out of balance. Part laziness I think. Also trying to forget things that hurt me- though i pray etc these wounds are taking a long time to heal- though I do know that i have learnt so much and my faith has got deeper. Pray that I will get back on track again. That God will give me very clear directions about where to start again etc. Thank you.

Lord wash this person's hurt and scares away with Calvary's blood, and remove all pain from the past out of their mind. Give them the self control they need to do everything balanced in moderation like your word tells us to do. Remove their food and alcohol addictions from them so they can have a more healthy life. May they feel your love surrounding them at all times as you give them the strength they need, and give them your peace that surpasses all understanding. I pray this in Jesus' name amen.
