I run a small in home service business that requires very talented, careful, patient, consistent, good natured and safe employees who I can trust. I have had a worker who has worked for me for 15 years and is retiring soon. He has been sort of an anchor person for me and now I am faced with trying to hire a person to replace him. This is a very difficult industry to find workers for because it involves spray painting in homes. Safety equipment has to be set up and precautionary measures have to be taken. I encounter many types of people when trying to hire for this work, I find many of them are a little arrogant because talent is involved with this work. I am a woman and working largely with men I have tried to choose carefully people who are willing to have a cooperative attitude so as not to cause me constant grief trying to get along with them. I have learned all this the hard way of course. People who work with/for me usually stay because I am fair and I treat them right. This dilemma causes me a lot of concern because of all of the previous disasters I gone through in the past while trying to get the right person. I need God's intervention to take this out of my hands and allow the right person to step into my path. I ask greatly, but I know He can do this for me. I have never been alone trying to run this business and it has been answered prayers and mercy that has kept it running all these years. Please pray for me on this, it is very important to me.
