As I read through many of these requests I see that some of you are simply asking to be prayed for, but apparantly offer no prayers to others. You might try praying and posting some prayers for others and see what God will do with your own request.

I believe that we are to pray for one another as it is on our heart. Some people just may not feel comfortable putting their prayers on the board, but are probably praying in their own way. On the flip side, I think that there are some who are not comfortable asking for people to pray for them. But God is with us all, and knows all of our hearts. This is just my thinking, I am not sure if it is right or not.

Lord you know that we not only ask for prayers here on this board, but lots of us do pray for others, and give you thanks for answered prayers or just because of who you are. Help those that are blind to see the truth and stop to investigate by doing some research first on this board before they come with their judgements. You are called us to pray for one another, we are not called to judge or criticize each other. That is a sin as bad as murder or any other sin. Let them see that when they point one finger at another person they are pointing three at themselves. Send the Holy Spirit to open their eyes and touch their hearts so they can come to repentance. Allow them to see this board for what it is, for prayer request for those that are hurting, and for thanksgiving unto You for hearing us and answering us, not for condemnation. Forgive them Lord for they don't understand yet. I ask and thank you in Jesus Precious Name always giving You the Honor and the Glory Heavenly Father, Amen!

Lord I pray for our nation, specially family relationships. For forgiveness, mercy, and restoration. Also for finance, and health restoration. Amen.

I don't know about everyone else on the board but I do know I never request a prayer without praying for others before or after my own request. In fact, I know many of my fellow Christian brothers and sisters do the same. I read lots of them regularly. Take a closer look. Just a friendly note so you know that many of us care for more than just ourselves and OUR problems!

Lord I come in agreement with the other prayers posted here. I also come in prayer for this nation to turn to you once again and our Government repent of all the deceitful things going on there. May they do their job the way we voted them to do it. Not to take you out of our country nor control us, for you have given us free will and only the enemy tries to take it away from us. Have mercy on all of us Heavenly Father and allow us to become once again the beacon of light for the world like we used to be, the shinning light of the world. Remove somehow all those in power that are ruining our beloved country. God Bless America In Jesus Name.

Father God, I come to You right now, asking that You would touch the heart of GH right now. Father, man looks at the outward appearance, but You look at the hearts of each individual that comes on this website. You are a living God. You know every hair on our heads. There is so much bitterness and judgement in this world. Please let this person understand that You are our final judge.
There are many that don't truly know how to pray. Many come here to find help in prayer. I thank You God for the opportunity to pray for others and to receive prayer from others. But, I have learned that if you are unable to pray physically, just close your eyes and put your mind on our Savior and the Holy Spirit will make intersession for you.
We are here as children of the Most High God strengthening one another when this life gets hard. We are here just as a reminder that our God will never leave or forsake his sheep. I never saw it in the bible say that we will not be children of God if we didn't pray for others. I have never seen it in the bible say that we will not be blessed if we didn't pray for others. Jesus is not impressed with our long drawn out oral or written prayers. He is impressed with a pure heart.
Father, if there is anything that is troubling GH right now, comfort his/her spirit right now. Touch him/her with Your love and divine mercy. Allow him/her to feel the compassion of Your love and touch. Let him/her know that You love him/her and that You are always there. You are a living God. You are not a statue to be rubbed for good luck. You are not an ornament to be worn around a neck. But, You are a God that hears the prayers that come from our hearts. I ask these prayers to be heard on high in Jesus mighty name. Amen!

Spiritual growth is a life-long process and Mariarae is correct when she says that some are not comfortable posting their prayers. Some have difficulty praying as writingmomma mentions. Sometimes I pray silently without actually writing out a prayer and I'm assuming many do the same as so may prayer requests are viewed although not many have prayers written out for them. God DOES know our hearts and he loves us all regardless of where we're at on our spiritual journey. It is easy for me to write prayers, but to pray aloud with others is still a challenge for me and I've come a LONG way in my spiritual growth (but still have so much to learn). My Dear Lord, I come to you, and ask that no one be compelled to pray for anyone unless their heart is right and they feel lead by the holy spirit to pray. I thank you for giving me the desire to pray for others, and I thank you for the feeling of calm and peace when I am talking and praying with you. Lord AGain, thank you, in Jesus name, Amen
