Lord we thank you for helping ARS find this job after so many months of searching.
Now I pray you give him the confidence he needs in this new job he started today, may he learn whatever he needs to learn fast and apply himself that his job well. May he remember not to join in any gossip with his coworkers nor let any gossip he may hear discourage him from doing his job. Guide him Lord and keep your guardian angels over him at all times. Open the doors wide for him to become very successful in this job. You know he had to take a big salary cut than his usual salary of many years, even though he has a family to support, but Lord there where no jobs in the retail business around looking for a person making what he was making. You know how the retail business have become with so many stores closing up. We pray with faith in you that you will help him in this job and soon he can make up the cut in salary by you elevating him to a better position within this company. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen! We stand on you promises to us Lord as it tells us in 1 John 5:14-15
14- And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15- And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Lord give ARS your peace and take away from him all spirit of negativism, fear, inferior, criticism, laziness, selfishness. Replace it all with the spirit of peace, calm, confidence, comfort, and encouragement to work hard. Give him a vision of what he can do right, and be in you with your help. Help him to be gracious to others and understanding as he would like others to be toward him. Help him in this new job, and to soon be able to make as good as he used to make before or better, so he can provide for his family and himself. May he be a giver and not have to ask for nothing because you Lord supply all his needs. Bless and protect him and his family, I pray in the merciful name of Jesus so be it, amen.
