I ask that you please pray for me. I need prayer for my health, blodd pressure and weight. Today is my 36th birthday and I'm thankful to see another year. I want to get health and improve my life. Please pray for me that I stick with a strict diet and excercise program to lose this weight, lower my BP to normal, remove diabetes and any other illnesses known or unknown be removed, cancelled out and I be made whole.

Father, please provide the discipline that Ij needs to eat healthy and to exercise that their health and blood pressure improve. Please release them from diabetes and move them to a place of good health. In Jesus name...Amen!
